Welcome to the LinkDM Referral Program. These terms govern your participation in the program and outline the rules, eligibility, and benefits. By participating, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Eligibility
Participation is open to Pro users who have sent a minimum of 1,000 lifetime DMs using LinkDM. Users who fail to meet these criteria cannot join the program.
2. How It Works
Eligible users will receive a unique referral link to share with others.
A successful referral is defined as a new user upgrading to a paid LinkDM plan (Pro or Platinum+) or making any in-app purchases (e.g., DM credits).
Referrers earn 30% of all referral revenue generated by referred users for the first 12 months, starting from the referred user’s first payment.
3. Payouts
Rewards are paid 45 days after the referral revenue is generated.
The minimum payout amount is $50.
Payments are made exclusively via PayPal. Ensure your account details are accurate to avoid delays.
Payments are made within the first 7 days of each month.
4. Restrictions
Self-referrals are not allowed.
Referrers may not:
• Promote their referral link via Google Ads or other search ads.
• Impersonate LinkDM or its representatives.
• Use spam techniques, including mass posting on platforms like Twitter/X, Threads, Facebook, and Instagram.
Referrers may share their links in:
• Direct messages to other creators.
• Emails or in their link-in-bio.
• Posts, reels, and YouTube content.
Meta Ads Exception: Meta ads are permitted only if they feature the user personally discussing and promoting LinkDM. Competing with LinkDM for clicks on Google Ads is strictly prohibited.
5. Transparency and Tracking
Referrers will have access to a dashboard to track:
• Referral link clicks.
• Referred users who upgraded.
• Total commission earned.
• Expected unpaid revenue.
6. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Deductions
If a referred user’s payment is refunded, the corresponding referral revenue will be deducted from future payouts.
Users found engaging in fraudulent activities, such as creating fake accounts or using chargebacks to exploit the program, will:
• Have their referral revenue refunded to LinkDM.
• Be permanently banned from the program and all LinkDM services.
7. Fair Use and Disqualification
Users engaging in any of the following will be disqualified and forfeit all referral revenue:
• Spam posting referral links on social platforms.
• Creating fake accounts to earn commissions.
• Multiple chargebacks.
LinkDM reserves the right to investigate suspicious activities and take appropriate actions, including legal measures, if necessary.
8. Geographic Availability
The program is open to all users globally. However, LinkDM reserves the right to exclude certain regions or countries without prior notice.
9. Program Adjustments
LinkDM may modify or terminate the referral program at its discretion. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
