We're excited to roll out Facebook Automations to all LinkDM users giving our creators the ability to now link individual Facebook posts and reels (previously only available via Universal Triggers).
This feature has been heavily requested by our users and is now available to all free and Pro LinkDM users. Facebook DM Automation gives you the ability to link individual Facebook posts and reels using the same or different trigger keywords on each post.
Cross Posting
We have added support for cross-posting so you will only need to link the same post once if you cross post it from Instagram to Facebook. You will see eligible cross posts on your dashboard in the Unlinked section, this will let you link both IG and FB at the same time, otherwise you can link individual Facebook posts from the "Recent posts" section.

How to Set Up Facebook Automations?
Q: Do I still need to use Universal Triggers?
A: If you would like to link your Facebook posts and reels you don't need to use Universal triggers any more, but this feature will continue to work.
Q: Will this work with Next Post?
A: Yes, You can use Next Post to link new Facebook posts and/or Cross posted Facebook+Instagram content.
Q: Do I need to use a unique trigger when linking Facebook posts?
A: No, you can use the same trigger if you like.
Q: Does Comment Auto-Reply work with Facebook Automation?
A: Yes!
