We’re excited to announce our latest LinkDM Pro feature, Rewind! This feature allows you to retroactively back send DMs to eligible comments on yourInstagram posts and reels that are less than seven days old.
Rewind is particularly useful in these scenarios:
- Switching from Competitors: If you’re transitioning from platforms like Manychat or Instachamp, Rewind helps you continue conversations smoothly without losing any engagement.
- Forgetting to Link a Post: If you’ve forgotten to link a post, Rewind lets you go back and link your posts while responding to any comments you might have missed.
- New User Engagement: For new LinkDM users, Rewind allows you to catch up on previous comments, ensuring you can engage effectively from the start.
- Meta Downtime: During periods when Meta experiences downtime, Rewind enables you to engage with comments once the platform is back up and running.
Comments Not Eligible for Rewind
- Comments older than 7 days
- Comments from Ads
- Comments from sponsored collaboration posts
- Comments that have already received a DM auto-reply
Rewind Credits
- Using Rewind costs 1 Rewind credit per post, regardless of the number of DMs sent.
- Rewind credits roll over and do not expire.
- Credit packages can be purchased from as little as $10 for 20 credits.
