🔄 What’s Changing?

Starting March 1st, the standalone Advertising Automation and Inbox Automation features will be removed. But don’t worry—you can now access these automations directly through Universal Triggers as new placement options.

*⚡ Action Required: Please migrate any existing automations to Universal Triggers before the end of February to avoid losing them.

📊 New Placement Options in Universal Triggers

As shown in the screenshot below, you’ll now see Instagram Advertising and Inbox as selectable placements under Universal Triggers.

This change makes it easier to manage all your automations in one place—while still supporting placements like Instagram Stories, Facebook Reels, and more.

• More Flexibility: Combine placements for smarter, multi-channel automations.

⚠️ Don’t Forget!

Any setups left in the old Advertising or Inbox Automation sections will be deleted after February. Head over to Universal Triggers now and get everything moved over.
