Feature Overview

The Universal Triggers feature in LinkDM Pro allows you to automate Direct Messages (DMs) for active Instagram ads. This functionality ensures seamless communication with your audience by sending DMs based on specific trigger keywords tied to your advertising efforts.

How to Use Advertising DM Automation

Login: Sign in to your LinkDM account.
Navigate: Open the Automation menu and select Universal Triggers.
Compose the DM: Draft the message you want to send as an automated response.
Assign the Trigger Keyword: Choose and input a unique keyword that will activate the DM.
Set Placement: In the Placements menu, select Instagram Advertising.
Save: Finalise your setup by clicking Save.

Troubleshooting

Unable to add new trigger: If you can't click the blue + button, ensure the "Enable reply to all comments" option is deactivated.
