How to Add an Instagram Account Not Listed in LinkDM

If you are trying to add an Instagram account to LinkDM but it does not appear in the list, follow these steps to ensure your Instagram account is properly connected through your Facebook settings. This process helps in linking your Instagram account to LinkDM via Facebook's business integration settings.

1. Facebook Settings:
- Go to Facebook.com or open the Facebook app.
- Head to 'Settings and Privacy' > 'Settings'.
- Select 'Business Integrations'. (Or via this link)

2. Find LinkDM:
Locate and click 'View and Edit' next to LinkDM in the list.

3. Select Accounts:
In the popup, scroll down and make sure you select both the Instagram account and Facebook page in all instances displayed.
Check all boxes where your accounts are listed ( This might be between 3-7 times).

If this is not done correctly it won't show your Instagram account in LinkDM.

4. Retry in LinkDM
‍Go back to LinkDM and try adding your Instagram account again.
