Issue with Button Template on Desktop View

Why is this happening?

When users receive a DM with the Button Template and view it on a computer, they encounter an issue where the Call to Action (CTA) buttons aren't displayed. Instead, a generic [Get Updates] button is shown or sometimes it doesn't even show the button card and displays "No longer available"

Will it be resolved?

Unfortunately, at the moment, Instagram doesn't support displaying Button Template CTA buttons to users on desktop devices. Users will still receive the template, but won't be shown your CTA buttons and instead will be replaced by Instagram with a generic [Get Updates] button. The issue has been reported to Meta (See the bug report here), but currently, there are no plans from Instagram to address and fix this.

Temporary Solution:

As a workaround, we recommend manually sharing the links with users who comment on your post using the Button Template. While this isn't an ideal solution, it's currently the best approach, as Instagram has not yet addressed this issue.
