New Feature: Exclude Keywords

As requested by many users we have added the ability to exclude automated DMs from being sent if the users comment or message contains both a Trigger keyword and a Exclude keyword.

Scenario
If a user sends a message like this: "I want to buy this item but your website had a problem processing my credit card."

Our algorithm will detect a Trigger keyword (buy) + an Exclude keyword (problem) and the auto-reply message would not be sent.

💡 Tip: Both exclude and trigger keywords are not case sensitive. For example you don't need to add "Link, link, LINK" we will detect and match the keywords using our comments algorithm.
